ACS Ltd does not manage any claims and is not responsible for the management of any claims. ACS Ltd forwards all enquiries to a team of UK registered solicitors who are responsible for claims processing. There is no contract between any potential claimant and ACS Ltd. Any contract, agreement or signed document is between the client and the solicitor firm handling the claim, although we will keep data on the progress of each individual claim.

By sending ACS Ltd any information or material, you grant ACS Ltd an unrestricted license to use, reproduce and distribute those materials or information.

There is no charge by ACS Ltd to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to ACS Ltd.

If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom ACS Ltd refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay ACS Ltd a fee. The fee ranges from £150 to £650.  The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed.  The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.
